学院自1998年即开始执行援外培训任务，率先实施发展中国家经济管理官员研修班。涉及主题广泛，涵盖经济管理、贸易投资、城市规划与管理、电信、港口运营与内陆水运管理、交通运输、开发区建设、物流管理、自然资源开发、国际劳务合作、城乡协调发展、无线通信与数字电视技术、清洁能源等诸多不同领域；规格既有司处级班，也有部长级研讨班。截止到2017年底，共承办了包括91期部长级研讨会在内的1314期发展中国家官员研修班/研讨会，接待了来自世界155个国家和地区的34710名官员，包括副国级官员4人和部级官员775人。商务部国际商务官员研修学院将努力为我国商务事业发展做出新的更大的贡献，真正成为国内一流，国际知名的教育培训机构。项目内容介绍培训目的：中泰两国关系是不同社会制度国家间和睦相处、互利合作、共同发展的典范。本期研修班旨在通过双边研讨，增进中泰之间的人文交流与文明互鉴，打造一个中方与泰方共商共建共享的国际合作平台。培训内容：本期研修班包括专题讲座、外地参观考察两部分。专题讲座包括中国国情、中国的改革开放和经济发展、中国领导集体治国理政新理念新思想新战略、中国的对外经济合作与走出去战略、中国商业文化的内容、精髓和特点、中国商业环境发展现状、商业伦理学和商业文化、中泰商务谈判交流实例、中资企业视角下的对泰投资合作、中泰企业跨文化管理、中国文化体验、实用汉语等内容等内容。研修班官员还将赴外地进行参观考察，与地方商务主管部门和学术机构座谈交流，以期加深对中国各地不同商业文化的了解。以上为初步日程安排，最终版本将于抵华后提供。注意事项：1、请来华前准备好护照、中国签证和第三方中转国签证(如有需要)。2、如因特殊情况不能按时出发，或转机时出现航班延误，请及时联系经商处或项目联系人，告知最新抵京航班和时间，以便安排接机。3、原则上不允许个人更改来华离华机票，确有需要请联系经商处按程序办理改票手续。未经同意擅自更改机票，将向经商处通报情况，由此产生的费用及责任由个人承担。4、航班落地提取行李之后，请在国际到达出口（或国内到达出口）耐心等待，工作人员会持写有名字的接机牌接机。如等待超过15分钟，可以与项目联系人电话沟通。5、如遇托运行李丢失需向航空公司登记，请先与项目联系人电话沟通确认行李送达处后再填写登记表。6、着装要求：请关注研修班举办地天气情况，携带相应衣物。研修班重要活动需着正装（民族服装也可）。5
