本页用于园部存档Thispagewillbekeptasdocument.班级/Class:.......................幼儿姓名/ChildFullName:………入园日期/DatetoStart:….../…../..….费用协议/PaymentAgreement退伙食费说明FoodFeesRefund连续5天请假可退伙食费：Fivecontinuousleavescanrefundfoodfees1、“连续5天”定义为：含周六日，不含法定节假日。例，星期四、五、六、日、一、二、三可视为连续5天。1.‘Fivecontinuousleaves’isdefinedasincludingweekends,butnotincludingpublicholidays.E.g.Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesdaycanbeconsideredasfivecontinuousleaves.2、家长必须向班主任老师正式请假，最晚时间为休假的第一天。2.Theparentshouldapplyforformalday-off.Thelatesttimeisthefirstdayoftheday-off.退学费说明TuitionFeesRefund1、定金2000元（将自动转入学费）交付后，冷静期（一个星期内）：全额退还；超过一个星期：50%退还；超过一个月：不退还。2000RMBarepaidasdeposit(willgointotuitionautomatically).Ifthestudentdecidesnottosigninourschool:afterthepaymentofdeposit,withinoneweek,2000RMBcanbefullyrefund;overoneweekbutwithinonemonth,50%canberefund;overonemonth,norefund.2、学费交付后，幼儿园开学前，提出退学/转学，则扣除学费2000元作为学位预留管理费。Afterthepaymentofthetuitionfeeandbeforethebeginningofthesemester,2000RMBwillbedeductedfromthetuitionasthepositionsavingfees,ifthestudentappliesfordroppingoutortransferringtoanotherschool.3、正式开学后，家长必须至少提前一个月以书面形式提出退学/转学申请，交给班主任老师，否则扣除一个月的学费作为学位预留管理费。Afterthebeginningofthesemester,parentshavetoapplyfordroppingoutortransferringatleastonemonthaheadinwrittenandhanditintotheclassteacher.Orone-monthtuitionfeewillbedeductedfromthetuitionasthepositionsavingfees.4、退学/转学时，幼儿在园天数不足当月法定工作日天数一半（含一半）的，扣除实际在园天数后退还学费；超过一半的，当月学费不予退还。Whenthestudentchoosetodrop-out/transfer,theattendancedaysarelessthanhalfofworkingdaysofthemonth(includinghalf),thetuitionfeesofthatmonthwillberefundedaftercuttingofftheactualattendingdays;overhalfofworkingdaysofthemonth,thetuitionfeesofthatmonthwillnotberefunded.5、所有退费手续将在收到退学/转学申请后一个月内完成。Alltherefundingprocedurewillbefinishedwithinamonthafterreceivingthedrop-out/transferringapplication.6、退费时需要准备的材料：正式的退学/转学申请；交学费时我园开具的学费发票。Materialsneededforrefund:Formalapplicationofdrop-out/transferring;receiptsoftuitionfee.7、家长没有及时提交退学/转学申请，学费将不予退还。Iftheparentsdidnothandinthedrop-out/transferringapplicationontime,thetuitionfeeswillnotberefunded.
