不同引导词引导的宾语从句由从属连词that引导的宾语从句由连接代词Who,whom,whose,which,what和连接副词where,how,why,when引导的宾语从句由从属连词whether,if引导的宾语从句
1.连词that:只起连接作用,在从句中不作句子成分,也无词汇意义,在口语中或非正式文体中常被省略。例如:
由从属连词that引导的宾语从句注:that在句中无词汇意义,在从句中不能充当成分,在口语当中往往省略e.g.Ihear(that)_______________________.(一小时后他会回来)Hesaid(that)______________________.(他非常想念我们)Theteachertoldus(that)___________________________.(地球围着太阳转)hewillbebackinanhourhemissedusverymuchtheearthmovesaroundthesun
3连接代词who,whom,whose,what,which:它们起连接作用,作句子成分,各有其自己的意义。例如:
Theteacheraskedthenewstudentwhichclasshewasin?which引导宾语从句,在从句中作定语,修饰class,意为“哪个”。
Canyoutellmewhomheiswaitingfor?CouldyoushowmewhichroomIshouldlivein?
Iwonderwherehegotsomuchmoney.对他从哪里弄到那么多钱我感到疑惑。where在从句中作地点状语,修饰got,意为“哪里”;“什么地方”。
Hedidn"ttellmehowoldhisfriendwas.how引导宾语从句,作程度状语,修饰old,意为“怎样”;“如何”等意。
2.如果宾语从句为一般疑问句,用连词if或Whether。1)Iwonderif(whether)hewillhelpme.注意在下列情况下一般用whether,而不用if..Iaminterestedinwhetherhe’llgotohaveapicnic①作介词的宾语时,用whether,而不用if.Whetherthisistrueornot,Iamnotsure.②whether引导的从句可移到主句之前而if不能。Wedidn’tknowwhetherornotshehadcome.③后面紧接ornot时,只用whether.Pleaseletmeknowifyoulikeit.(“请告诉我你是否喜欢”或“如果你喜欢,请告诉我”。)④用if会引起歧义时,只用whether.

直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系一般疑问句变为if(whether)引导的宾语从句e.g.Shesaid,“Doyouoftencomeheretoreadnewspaper?”“WilltheygotovisittheGreatWall?”heasked.Sheaskedif(whether)Ioftencameheretoreadnewspaper.Heaskedif(whether)theywouldgotovisittheGreatWall.
直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系特殊疑问句变为who,what,when等引导的宾语从句e.g.1.Heasked,“Wheredoyoulive?”2.“Howcanwegettothepost-office?”heasked.HeaskedwhereIlived.Heaskedhowtheycouldgettothepost-office.
直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系1、当主句的谓语动词是一般现在时或一般将来时,宾语从句的谓语动词可以用所需要的任何一种时态。2、当主句的谓语动词是一般过去时,宾语从句的谓语动词要用相应的过去时态,但当宾语从句叙述的内容为客观真理时,仍然用一般现在时。e.g.Theteachersaidthatthemoonmovesaroundthesun.注意:

否定转移当主句的谓语是think,believe等动词时,某后作宾语的that从句如果否定意义,通常将否定词not移至主句动词之前。Idon’tthinkheishavingameeting.
